The De La Salle University Integrated School will administer the DLSU Senior High Admissionsand Placement Examinations (DSHAPE) for AY 2023-2024 applicants. DSHAPE results and theapplicant’s junior high school academic records will be the basis of senior high school intake forthe coming academic year. All applications will be done online via the Online AdmissionsFacility (OAF).
DSHAPE will be held in Manila, Laguna and provincial External Testing Centers (ETC). Below areimportant dates to remember:

STEP 2: Submission of Requirements

STEP 3: Payment
Pay the non-refundable/non-transferable Application Processing Fee of PhP600.00. Fee for applicants from Philippine public schools is waived. DLSU IS Official Payment Channels. Please refer to details in OAF: Credit Card and Dragon Pay
STEP 4: Proof of Payment and Application Update
Application update (verification of documents and confirmation payment) to be released within 7 to 10 working days upon receipt of application fee payment proof.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
1. Ensure completeness of requirements. Incomplete application will not be processed.
2. Verification of data and documents shall be conducted following payment of Processing Fee.
3. Applicants with non-numerical (pass/fail) grades on Report Cards in all terms/semesters/quarters will be required to submit through email a Certificate from the School Registrar that no numerical grades were given to students, and a legend of grading equivalency.
4. Any false information and/or fraudulent document, either submitted through email or in physical form, will automatically nullify the application and permanently disbar the applicant from pursuing any level of study at De La Salle University.
