Had a 10 day stay here and it was really nice, staff were all friendly and room was really high quality and hygiene. Definitely recommend if you want a high quality hotel with good price. Would definitely come here next time!

Hello, dear ladies and gentlemen. Accommodation at this hotel was booked and fully paid in advance. ASQ (ALQ) - 15 days. However, before day arrival, the Thai government reduced the quarantine period to 7 days. This hotel refused to refund money to customers for unused 8 days, arguing that they decided to raise prices from the new month. The ASQ and ALQ programs are government quarantine, not just hotel accommodation for rest. And the terms of quarantine are determined by the Government of Thailand. Changing dates in no way depends on whether your guests have made a reservation. And I am sure that you agree that the hotel guest who booked accommodation in your hotel is not to blame for the fact that the deadlines were shortened. Also, the hotel cannot extend new prices to bookings already made last month and paid in advance. It's not fair. Be very careful gentlemen, do not trust this hotel completely. As for the hotel, its rooms can be rated at 3 points. Very dirty, dust-filled curtains. The condition is very old. But the service person is friendly, they try to help if they can. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are acceptable. The pillows are very uncomfortable, springs dig into the back from the mattresses. On one bed there was a protective mattress pad, but on the second double bed there was a narrow mattress pad (somewhere 70-80 cm), which covered only a narrow strip of the central part. Tea bags are not provided, take them with you. Very bad soundproofing.

You get for what you paid for. The hotel may look old but the rooms were nice, clean and comfortable . We were very satisfied with the hotel and especially with the location. Is near to everything! 7/11, Mcdonals, Starbucks, restaurants just right in the corner, walking distance to the beach. Our room was a sea view room, as you can see on the pics. We were well received, service was good with super kind staff, fast check it. Very convenient to get to anywhere.

This was the first time I stayed at the Flipper. Heard good reports from friends so had to give it a go. Wasn't disappointed at all, I paid a little extra for a better room than the first I was shown, no big issue here. Very happy with my second room where I stayed for 10 days. Great pools with views of Pattaya that also get the sun all day. Bars and eating places very close by. Best thing for me was the late finnshing time for breakfast. You could get up at your leisure after a night drinking them make your way down. Although I wouldn't say it's the best breakfast I've ever had it was by no means the worst. Basically a decent buffet breakfast to fill yourself up on on a morning. A very very good choice of hotel in Pattaya, couldn't fault the place

In January 2020, I stayed with my friend at April Suites Pattaya. I booked it 2 weeks via Agoda before I went to stay at the hotel for 1,230 Baht. I think the price was reasonable for the experiences I received in two days and one night. My first impression was the receptionists. When we walked in the hotel, there was a doorman opening the door for us and the receptionists welcomed us with polite manner. They helped keep our luggage because my friend and I had arrived before the time that we could check-in. (Only one con for this hotel is that the customer can check-in at 2.00 P.M. so you cannot get the room until 2.00 P.M.) Moreover, they also suggested the tourist attractions in Pattaya and how to go to Koh Lan. The hotel was near the pick-up truck taxi stop so it is convenient to go out in Pattaya from the hotel. However, there were few restaurants around the hotel, so you have to go in the city to explore more restaurants. After we came back from the Koh Lan, we took a rest in the room. We got a superior double bed room. The room was super clean and full of facilities. There were a queen bed, a closet, a fridge and a television. The bed was neatly prepared and big enough for two people. In the closet, there were a dryer, hangers and a small storage safe for keeping valuable things. They provided us some bottles of water and glasses in the fridge. The television had many channels to watch. And the bathroom was quite small but super super clean. It had no strain on tiles and the toilet as if they were newly built. There were almost everything you need in the bathroom as well like water heater, toilet paper, a soap, shampoo toothbrushes and toothpaste for two people. For other facilities, there were a small swimming pool, sauna and gym for everyone in the top floor. (I am not a healthy guy, so I did not use these facilities :P) To sum up, April Suites Pattaya is a very good choice for those who want to stay in the clean room with impressive service and convenient to go out by taking a truck taxi.

We were in early December 2022. Hotel across the road from the beach on a quiet street. We took an improved room, the difference is small with standard. From airport to hotel about two hours. We arrived about an hour, settlement from two. We were told to wait. In 20 minutes, we were invited to the room. The hotel itself is visible that old but tidy. Settled in a room with sea view without extra payment. Cleaned every day, we really left 20 batts constantly. Breakfast from 7 to 10, I will not list, modest compared to Turkey, but for breakfast is enough. In the extreme case, you can eat toasts with tea. Here I loved toasts) Ordered lunch at the ... Never order several dishes in Thailand. The servings are such that it is enough for the elephant. We had to leave at ourselves until the next day to eat all this. I stayed here for 6 nights in may .the price was fantastic for what we got ,the rooms were spotless and clean and a good size. The location was central and close to the beach and bars . The breakfast was good and a good choice with nice coffee machine. I could not fault the staff they were so friendly and helpful.the pool on the roof is ok I think they were making a bar up there but wasn’t finished.all in all I will definitely be using this hotel again in the future.

Stayed for the second time, first time staying in a poolside room. Everything is 8/10 but come to stay around the 2nd room, this time is a room on the road. The room smells of a musty room. The bathroom smells of pipes and is not very clean. But the service of the service staff is very good.
